 Mayra Maldjian começou a discotecar em 2008 e, de lá para cá, dedica-se a projetos para impulsionar mulheres da música, sobretudo do rap e r&b. É DJ do elogiado Rimas & Melodias, grupo formado por Alt Niss, Drik Barbosa, Karol de Souza, Stefanie, Tássia Reis e Tatiana. Acompanha ainda Karol e Tatiana nos palcos. Integra os coletivos Applebum, surgido em 2009, com as DJs Lisa Bueno, Vivian Marques, Tati Laser e Simone, e Rap Hour, ao lado de Nat Jako e Esteves. Em 2018, lançou o doc Yzalú - Rap, Feminismo e Negritude e concorreu como Melhor DJ no Women’s Music Event.
