About this listen

Hey UN•THERAPIST,

We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something…

How do ya'll feel about certain ride-sharing apps allowing women to specifically request women drivers?

Although it didn't sound too harmful when Coach first brought it to the attention of Chef Shay & Lady J, it appears that some people are trying to file litigation against these companies due to gender bias. Within the lawsuit, there are allegedly claims that "people are unable to feed their families and provide a living for themselves."

While we agree that gender preference, especially when someone feels unsafe, is totally understandable, we can also understand why someone would want to sue the company for lost wages.

So now the question is...
📌 Where does the resolution live?
📌 How far can we take these selections and preferences in these spaces?

Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE gender bias, the depth of preferences, and the boundaries of equality.
