La legge sul clima proposta dall'UE è un atto giuridico che prevede che l'Europa diventi il primo continente al mondo a impatto climatico zero entro il 2050. La Strategia Europea per questi dieci anni ci dovrà portare nel 2030 ad avere una riduzione almeno del 40% delle emissioni di gas a effetto serra rispetto al 1990.
