Otherwise, we have a new issue blossoming between Lake and Michols that takes center stage as we depart Charleston for a little tubing trip in the gator and brain eating amoeba waters. While Lake is moping around feeling weird, Michols seems to be truly enjoying giving her the cold shoulder.
