Welcome to THE LINK: Bridging Faith and Life with Dr. Vincent Bacote! Every month, Dr. Bacote will introduce listeners to ways they can build connections between faith and life in their ministries and personal lives. This month's episode is a tribute to Dr. Bacote's friend and colleague Dr. Daniel Treier, who passed away the Monday before Christmas. He was a great support to Dr. Bacote and many others, and a great example of a person who embodied Hebrews 10:24-25, a verse that is not only an encouragement to the private dimensions of faith but also the public aspects as well. Dr. Bacote misses him greatly, but is encouraged and inspired by his life to keep building bridges between faith and life.
Dr. Bacote is a professor of theology and the director of the Center for Applied Christian Ethics at Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois.
