Who is Jan Fritsche

Jan Philipp Fritsche is the managing director of Oak Security, a cybersecurity firm specializing in Web3 audits. Jan comes to crypto as a senior economist with deep expertise in macro-finance, regulation, and econometric modeling, having held roles at the ECB, DIW Berlin, European Parliament, Deutsche Bank, and Bundesbank. With nine years of experience in risk modeling and policy research, his academic work spans monetary policy, systemic risk, and fiscal frameworks. He holds a PhD in Economics from Humboldt University (Berlin) and the DIW Graduate Center, supervised by Prof. Marcel Fratzscher.
