Conny Helder is nu vooral actief als toezichthouder in de zorg, en heeft in haar leven heel verschillende rollen in de zorgsector vervuld, waaronder zorgbestuurder en minister Langdurige Zorg en Sport. Met Wilma van der Scheer, hoogleraar Leiderschap en Besturing in de Zorg en directeur van Erasmus Centrum voor Zorgbestuur, gaat zij in gesprek over goed bestuur. Dit naar aanleiding van het artikel in de jubileumbundel over 25 jaar onderzoek naar zorgbestuur. Een gesprek over het vervullen van rollen, solidariteit, het delen van verantwoordelijkheid en de patiënt echt centraal stellen.
