    -Still looking for my next opportunity



    - This is the last time I'm say anything about Helese. We did talk, I was vulnerable and open. I thought we got to the same page, but I know longer think that's possible and that's fine with me at this point. I'm actually very happy with how things are ending, since I was really able to be completely transparent and she knows exactly where I am in life and she was able to make an informed decision that works for her. Also as it should be, her decision has no bearing on my plans.
    This is exactly how I want to live life an interact with people going forth.

    I still would like a cohost but I'm good with doing this myself. I just want to be able to flow with the people in my life going forward. My old life just burdened me and my relationships with too much baggage, and I believe that I'm doing what I need to do.

    I really to stick to my thing about relationships clicking into place, If it's not that, I don't need it.

    I’m struggling a little bit, getting a little anxious looking for my next opportunity, it’s been longer than I expected. But there’s nothing to do but to keep on going.

    -The "21/90 Rule" suggests that committing to a new habit for 21 days will help it become ingrained, and then continuing that habit for 90 more days will make it a permanent lifestyle change. By consistently engaging in a behavior for this duration, it's believed that the activity becomes automatic and integrated into your daily routine

    - I’m honestly having a hard time right now. The economy has definitely slowed, and so has hiring. I needed this break, but I kept working, and even though I didn’t secure a position before my last job ended, as I said before, I did receive an offer, but a hiring freeze caused that opportunity to disappear. It’s hard for me to get up daily and go through the same routine with little results, but I have to keep my eye on where would I be if I continued down the road I was on. It wasn’t looking good, so I have to keep my eyes where I’m headed. Going back cannot be an option.

    I just have to keep doing the next right thing.
