Dr. Doyle was instrumental in the launch of CUI’s SLI and in developing a new way to assess servant leadership. In this episode, she talks Ashlie and Gilbert through SLI’s unique definition of servant leadership, rooted in four core virtues: humility, compassion, honesty, and courage. She also shared how she and her team developed a new empirical assessment tool to measure students' knowledge of these servant leadership virtues and how SLI helps to change that over time.
