In this episode, I talk about time spent together, and ask if this ties into your family culture. I share some stories about my life before kids, and after kids. I talk about some of the guidelines I set for myself and my kids to add some structure to how our time is spent. I also talk a bit about the difficult transition that can take place when you go from being a single person to a new parent.
