In "A Bitter Thought" and "Beyond the Gate", Tylor is impressed by how similar Beyond the gate felt to a previous Aes Sedai centric chapter, Greg worries about Lews Therin's influence on Rand, and Perrin returns with ALL the family drama.

In "The Black Tower", "The Crown of Roses", and "The Color of Trust", Greg is interested in why Mat feels different all of a sudden, Tylor questions how different the two groups of Aes Sedai, and we get to see Min and Rand's relationship from a new perspective.

In "Unexpected Laughter" and "A Threat", Tylor is excited for some old faces to return, Greg wonders how Thom can be so wise and yet so controversial, and Elayne clears the air with Birgitte and Aviendha.

In "When Battle Begins", "A Sudden Chill", and "Possibilities", Egwene puts her plans into motion, Greg pieces together the political factions of the area, and Tylor has the same realization as Siuan: Egwene is dangerous.
