About this listen

Arehn McCarty has spent her life exploring the balance of science and spirituality. For over 30 years, she has helped people learn to co-create richer more fulfilling lives with a power greater than themselves. She is a living example of the manifestation principles she teaches. In 2019, to avoid being sad empty nesters, she and her husband, Jim, spent a “midlife gap year” traveling off- grid in a teardrop trailer seeing the wild places of North America. In 2021 she, was the heaviest she had ever been and using decision, effort and visualization she lost 30 pounds and kept it off. In 2022 she and Jim found and purchased their dream home, a lodge on 13 acres of old growth forest at the base of Mt. Hood. In 2023 she and Jim are celebrating 30 years of being best friends as well as being married. Along the way, following her Inner Guidance she discovered keys to manifestation and created a magnificent journey. Arehn is a certified Life Mastery Coach, an ordained New Thought minister and life member of INTA, has a BA in Environmental Education and Botany, is a certified Waldorf and Spacial Dynamics teacher, mother of two amazing men, and wife of 29 years.
