About this listen

Listen we all (especially moms) run into days that we JUST DONT WANT TO BE PRODUCTIVE.  I myself was struggling with this very thing when I recorded this episode.  So I figured what better topic to discuss on such day than the very formula I use everyday but most importantly on days I'm feeling extra unmotivated to stay on track and keep the needle moving forward towards my goals.  I'm busy what feels like all the time so I found that not overloading myself with an endless list of things everyday that feels impossible to get through the entire thing, I've narrowed it down to no more than 3-5 non negotiable tasks everyday.  This number just clicks with me and seems to not overwhelm me with my time and still leaves me time to be present with my family.

Here is a link to the daily planner I created for myself.  I simply printed it off and laminated it so I can easily wipe it off and reuse it the next day.
