    Roughly 90% of women do not achieve orgasm with unassisted intercourse, and about 50% of women fake orgasm.  In this podcast I interview Dr. Elisabeth Lloyd, a true giant in sexology research, whose 2005 book "The Case of the Female Orgasm" created a public storm, including a major New York Times article, an appearance of "The View" and even a skit on Saturday Night Live.  Her research led to the finding that one factor, and only one factor, is associated with whether a woman has orgasm with intercourse and why lesbian women have better sex than straight women.
