  • S6E13 - The Shift - Living Like You're Healing
    Jul 27 2025

What if you stopped circling your pain and started living like the healing actually worked?

In this episode of Radical Release, we talk about the quiet but powerful shift that happens when you stop identifying with the wounds of your past and start walking in the wholeness God has been building in you.

Healing isn’t just journaling, praying, and processing—it’s stepping into the life that those practices prepared you for.

    📖 Key Scripture:
Isaiah 43:19 – “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”

    In this episode, we explore:

    • How “healing mode” can quietly become an identity

    • Why you have to release the title of “the wounded one” to receive the title of “the healed one”

    • What it looks like to practice wholeness before you feel fully whole

    📝 Reflection Questions:

    • Where in my life am I still leading with my wounds instead of my wisdom?

    • What does “living like the healing worked” look like for me?

    • What would change if I trusted that the “new thing” was already growing?

  • S6E12 — Radical Release - Sometimes They Follow You Home
    Jun 22 2025

This isn’t the episode I planned—
but it’s the one I needed.

I’ve been quiet the past couple of weeks, not because I didn’t have anything to say, but because old demons came knocking again. While creating space for others to heal, I realized there were parts of my own story still asking to be witnessed.

This episode is a reflection on what happens when the healing work we pour into others starts stirring the places in us we thought were settled. It’s about what happens when you’re the one people come to—and you start to feel the weight of what you thought you already overcame.

I share this not as an expert, but as someone who’s in it with you. Because sometimes, the trauma follows you home. Sometimes, being a healer means reopening what’s still tender. And sometimes, the most faithful thing you can do is pause and let God search your heart again.

    Psalm 139:23–24:

“Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.”

    Proverbs 4:23:

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”

  • S6E11 - Radical Release - Refocus on Healing: When It Looks Different Than You Expected
    Jun 2 2025

What do you do when healing doesn’t feel like healing? When the tears still come, the memories still sting, and peace still feels out of reach? In this episode of Radical Release, we talk about the slower, less-glamorous side of recovery—when the journey takes longer than expected and doesn’t look like the freedom you imagined.

You’ll be reminded that your progress isn’t invalid just because it’s quiet. Healing often starts beneath the surface—where the roots grow deep before the bloom. Through biblical truth, soul-deep reflection, and affirming practices, you’ll be guided to stop judging your healing by speed and start honoring the strength it’s producing.

This one is for every listener who’s tempted to quit because it doesn’t “look” like it’s working.
Stay the course. You’re not behind. You’re becoming.

Take your spiritual gift assessment here!

    📖 Key Scripture:
Romans 8:25 – “But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.”

    📝 Reflection Questions:

    1. What expectations did I have about healing that didn’t come true?

    2. How have I grown in ways I haven’t acknowledged?

    3. What would it look like to embrace this stage of healing as purposeful?

    📓 Journal Prompt:
“God, I release my need for healing to be fast, pretty, or obvious. Show me what You’re doing beneath the surface. Teach me to honor this slow becoming.”

    🕊️ Affirmation:
My healing is not a race. It is a journey. Even if I can’t see it, God is still working. I trust the pace of grace.

  • S6E10 - Radical Release - You're Not Back at Square One: Refoucsing After a Setback
    May 26 2025

In this episode of Radical Release, we confront the hard truth that sometimes healing doesn’t look how we imagined it. Whether you’ve returned to an old habit, lost your momentum, or hit a wall emotionally, you’re not alone, and you’re not starting over.

We’ll explore how to refocus after a setback, discern the deeper lessons, and release shame that tries to convince you that you’ve failed. Healing is not linear, and realignment is always possible with grace.

    You’ll learn:

    • Why relapse or regression doesn’t erase your growth

    • How to anchor yourself in your why when progress slows down

    • What scripture says about restoration after a fall

    Key Verse:
Psalm 51:12 – “Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.”

    Reflection Questions:

    • What set you back recently? Can you identify what triggered it?

    • What does “starting again” look like when you remove shame from the process?

    • Where is God inviting you to realign, not restart?

    Journal Prompt:
“God, help me release the fear that I’ve ruined my healing. Remind me that you never left, and I don’t have to begin again—just come back to you.”

    Affirmation:
My healing is still valid. I realign with grace. I continue forward with God.
