Grazie alla “legge Gadda”, che ha semplificato le regole per il recupero alimentare, aziende, grande distribuzione, esercizi commerciali e ristoratori possono facilmente donare il cibo in eccesso ad enti no-profit che possono farlo arrivare dove ce n'è più bisogno.
Un circolo virtuoso di cui fa parte anche il progetto “#TheAvanzers” che vede le Acli
e una serie di Comuni in città come Verona, Foggia, Padova, Mantova, Ancona, Brescia lavorare insieme.
