Anna was just in her early 20s, had few friends and spent most of her time alone in her flat. The only caregiver she had was her grandfather. Her mother and father died years ago after a long illness. Her grandfather is now also seriously ill and is in a nearby hospice. Anna cried all day and was desperately unhappy.
