In today's episode of "The Power of You", I will be sharing why it's so important to listen to your body after a significant event that requires you to pause and let your body heal and recover.
Maybe that's after a surgery, a illness, or maybe even childbirth.
But listening to your body, respecting its needs, and allowing yourself to ease back in to your habits and routines is critical.
I know it's not always ideal, and sometimes we are made to believe we should just "push through it", but I'm here to remind you that there is great things to come from honoring and listening to your body, and embracing the perfectly imperfect journey we may find ourselves on.
