Any form of personal experience takes time and on this podcast I'm not going to give you methods to manifest your desires in 3 days etc., but rather to give you guidance and mental strength to pursue what you want, preparing you personally to match the vibration of what you want in the long run.     Discipline is the key to manifest - The Law of Attraction

    If you don't follow these rules, the law of attraction will not work for you.So why do I say discipline?Discipline comes back to confidence.Think about it, if you have committed to something and you keep going at it every day, then you feel confident in your ability to commit and you just feel good about yourself in general, right?Well, the law of attraction doesn't give you what you think consciously, it gives you what you are unconsciously. This means that, by committing to a certain discipline, and becoming better at it, you build up your confidence, which means that you'll be in a position where you KNOW that the results will come, and once you know, not hope, but know that the results will come, is when the results actually show up because the law of attraction is now in line with your new personality.Think about this, if a person wants to become a gold medal winner in the Olympics, but he/she does not train at all but merely sit and visualize the gold medal, then subconsciously that person will not have the confidence needed to manifest a win, even though they might have a strong belief in the law of attraction, subconsciously they'll know that they do not have the fitness etc. needed to win that medal. Therefor, as much as he/she might visualize it, the universe will respond to the level of vibration that you're in, in this case unconsciously knowing that he/she is not the best.However, if that same person starts training every day for 2 hours, and commits to improving daily, then as time goes on that person will become more confident in themselves and their ability to make that dream a reality, and the more confident you become, the closer you start to get to your goal, with more and more synchronicities and opportunities showing up, which will provide you with obstacles with lessons you need to learn in order to become more confident, and ultimately moving closer to the frequency of your dream.Always remember that the universe will provide you with opportunities for which you are ready, not what you visualize. People will say that you need to visualize, and then wait for the opportunities to show up and then take action, however, if we don't prepare, we won't know that something might be an opportunity because we're not ready, and secondly, if we do recognize it, we won't be in a position to actually take action. This position is mostly the confidence needed to actually move into action.It means that if you have discipline in a certain part of your life, non related to the current thing you'd like to manifest, then you start believing in yourself, allowing you the energy and confidence in yourself needed to perform well at your goal. So, this means that you need to find smaller, non-related things to do and accomplish those, this will help you recognize the energy in yourself, and you would most likely be more confident and charged to try something harder.     What does it truly mean?So many people get confused with this concept because they understand that in order to manifest you need to be laser focused and visualize, but at the same time let go of the outcomes, so it creates this push & pull where they remain stuck as to why they can't seem to manifest.Letting go means that you need to let go of the avatar, the mask that you're wearing every day, trying to be something that you're not suppose to be doing.All of us were bord unique and different, yet, as we grow up we try to fit into a specific box, acting a certain way, doing a certain job, being in a certain relationship etc., which creates so much depression, because we are suppressing who we were born to be. So, letting go does not mean letting go of the goal or the dream, it means letting go of the things you're trying to be, and things you're trying to accumulate in order to seem important and successful.The universe will continue to present you with obstacles to nudge you in a different direction, and that direction is to get back to who you were born as. Now, the more you let go of the person you're trying to be to get the validation, the more energy you'll bring back to yourself, which means now you're able to see opportunities that does align with who you truly are.Letting go further, is less about letting go of materialistic stuff, but more letting go of relationships, you inner circle that you're trying to impress and get acceptance from, because once you start letting go of being that lawyer, or becoming a famous artist, you'll get judged by your current circles, which is why it is imperative that you let go of your current inner circle, whether that is a parent, a sibling, a friend or a teacher.     How do you get onto that frequency of the things you want?The law of attraction is that which some people call god or the universe, it brings you every single interaction and experience in your life, and not only tangible objects like cars or money.This means that you cannot get onto the frequency of a car or relationship, but the rest of your life is still filled with negativity etc.What does this mean?This means that you need to first become a more authentic version of yourself, which draws the energy back to you, which in turn makes you more magnetic. In other words, now you are on the overall frequency to attract good into your life in whichever form.One technique I've used with great success is becoming vulnerable. Vulnerability means that you stop wearing a mask, and pretending to the outside world that you are better than what you actually believe you are, because the world, or law of attraction sees right through any act, and it gives you people and circumstances that will show your true colors.Learn to become vulnerable with yourself, admit if you feel insecure, admit why you need to drive a specific car, admit that your partner isn't to blame, but your own insecurities. What happens then is you start presenting to the outside world a more authentic version of yourself, which will be reflected back to you through validation and acceptance.
