Ohne sie wäre das Kinoerlebnis unvollständig.“ – Volker Bertelmann ist der Komponist hinter dem Soundtrack des ersten Kinofilms des Europa-Park: Für den Animationsfilm Grand Prix of Europe, produziert von MACK Magic und Warner Bros., hat Bertelmann die emotionale und treibende Filmmusik komponiert und dabei ein akustisches Erlebnis geschaffen, das die rasante Story von Ed und Edda auch musikalisch auf Hollywood-Level bringt. Der Produzent des Films, Michael Mack, spricht in dieser Episode mit dem Oscar-prämierten Musiker über seinen Weg – von ersten musikalischen Gehversuchen in einer Hip-Hop-Band über experimentelle Klavierklänge bis hin zur höchsten Auszeichnung in der Filmbranche: dem Oscar für die Filmmusik zu Im Westen nichts Neues.
