Welcome to The Wildscape Podcast recorded at the beautiful Vivian Quarry, in Llanberis, North Wales.

Each week guests join comedian, Katie Gill, as they take a plunge into the cold waters of the quarry before sitting down for a chat. It is a fun, beautiful and restorative experience, and we promise insights into how people face challenges that enable growth, and pushing through life when it comes at you, because it will.

This was such an eye-opening episode and very close to our hosts heart. Jon is a digital and media lecturer, but is making pretty huge advancements with AI. In this conversation we look at how AI could potentially open a whole new level of care for patients with Dementia. Jon talks beautifully about the potential, but also around ethical questions and morals that surround AI, and those most vulnerable.

Kerry, Rebecca and Bongo brought such a wonderful energy to the quarry. It was brilliant to hear their journeys and how, despite fear they changed their lives and leaned into what truly makes them happy.

It was a joy to hear about their bravery and courage to listen to their instinct. We talked about all their challenges, from blocking out the noise off others and focussing on themselves, to the challenge of working as a team when you're in a couple. Time with these was enriching fun and always happy to talk star signs with a fellow Taurus.

This group is for women who feel similar to most after having a baby, and need to reconnect with themselves through nature. This is a beautiful and vulnerable episode, but more than that it is testament to women's strength.
