  • s. 3 ep. 23 why you keep ending up back where you swore you'd never be again
    Oct 6 2025

If you’ve ever told yourself, “I’m never going back there again,” only to find yourself right back in the same patterns — this one’s for you.
In today’s episode, I’m unpacking the real reason you keep circling back to the places, people, or habits you swore you’d outgrown. Spoiler: it’s not because you’re weak, unworthy, or unmotivated.

    You’ll learn:

    • Why having the resources, willpower, or knowledge isn’t enough to create lasting change

    • How your nervous system’s comfort with chaos can pull you back into the familiar

    • Why your “why” might not be fully formed yet — and how that affects your follow-through

    • What it looks like to move from awareness → belief → embodiment so you can finally break your cycles for good

I share my own story of binge eating — how even with all the tools and information, I found myself in the same spiral until I learned how to calm my nervous system, build clarity, and create safety in balance.

Whether your “thing” is food, relationships, or just self-sabotage in disguise, this episode will help you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface — and what it takes to finally step into lasting change.

    Key Takeaways:

      • It’s not that you can’t. You already have the strength, resources, and worthiness.
      • It’s that you’re not yet rooted in your why. Without a solid why, your brain treats change like a temporary experiment instead of a permanent shift.
      • You’re rushing the process. Like the blindfolded kid at the piñata, you’re reaching in every direction instead of taking one intentional step at a time.
      • Your nervous system resists the unfamiliar. Familiar doesn’t mean safe — but it feels that way until you rewire it.
    • Mentioned in this episode:

      • My personal experience with emotional eating and the nervous system

      • The Emotion Code — a tool I use to release trapped emotions that keep us stuck

      • My program Break the Cycle — a guided process to help you move from awareness to embodiment so you can finally live in alignment with who you’re meant to be

  • s. 3 ep. 21 your dreams & God's plans can coexist, part 1 (my story)
    May 24 2025

What happens when the life you long for feels like it conflicts with the life God seems to be calling you to live?

In this raw and honest episode, I share the first part of my journey of learning to reconcile my deepest dreams with God’s divine plan — and the internal battle that came with it.

Raised in a deeply Catholic home, I was taught that anything too worldly — whether it was love, money, or ambition — might be a sign I was veering off course. That belief shaped a lot of the choices I made in my early relationships and life. I open up about a pivotal moment in high school that changed everything, and how that moment led me back to a relationship that eventually became my first marriage… and my first divorce.

    You’ll hear:

    • The quiet fear that kept me from trusting my desires

    • How I confused approval with peace — and why that led me to settle

    • The moment I started questioning the belief that joy and God’s will couldn’t coexist

    • How a retreat in 2021 cracked me wide open and became the catalyst for my healing

This episode sets the foundation for Part 2 and Part 3, where I’ll walk you through how to actually get clear on the desires God has placed on your heart — and how to partner with Him in seeing them through.

If you’ve ever felt torn between your faith and your future, this one’s for you.
