Introducing the Young People's Advisory Group (YPAG) - we are a youth-led and diverse community of 14-25 year olds advising and shaping mental health research and services in North West London. Our award-winning group sits within the ARC Outreach Alliance programme which is based at Imperial College London.


Part of our role is to facilitate and lead unfiltered conversations about mental health so we have created a three-part podcast series, with each weekly episode exploring different facets of mental health for young people, from seeking support to aftercare, all through the lens of us young people in the YPAG and with special guests! This series was planned, written, presented and edited by us.
