After years of terrorizing and murdering women in Richmond and Arlington, VA, FBI profiling, advances in DNA testing and good-old detective work lead Detectives to the man who raped and strangled five women in Virginia from 1984 through 1988. Not only is this The U.S. criminal justice system's first use of DNA profiling in a serial murder case that convicts and ultimately sentances the man to death but it also frees an innocent man after he spent five years in prison.
