    The Carney government will not be voting for a Conservative motion which, if approved, would put all MPs on-the-record over the Alberta pipeline MOU. In passing, they also accused the Tories of playing politics weeks before the Christmas season. Conservative House Leader Andrew Scheer explains why the motion was delivered to the House of Commons today.
