2. Communication Through CarefrontationHealthy self love also requires healthy communication. Luke explains the concept of carefrontation, a way of expressing your feelings honestly while still leading with compassion.
This approach works like a sandwich structure.
First, acknowledge something positive about the person.
Second, share honestly how their behavior affected you or hurt your feelings.
Third, express what you need or how you would like the situation to improve.
This method allows you to stand up for yourself while still maintaining respect and connection.
3. Action and ConsistencySelf love is not only about mindset. It is about action. Real change happens when you show up consistently and apply the practices every day.
