There's no doubt Hamlin jumped the final restart of the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway and that NASCAR did not call him out for it. The question we all want answered is, "Why not?" I've been doing a lot of thinking and I have some potential reasons for the no-call situation. I personally think it was the best call to make. Can I convince you of the same? We also briefly discuss my three Ones to Watch for this weekend's race, the Cook Out 400 at Martinsville Speedway!

People are already saying that Ford is falling behind yet again in the NASCAR Cup Series! Although there are glimmers of hope, the majority of Fords aren't doing anything much worth recalling. What's going on? I've got a couple of ideas of what the problem might be.
