  • How Thoughts, Traumas, and Toxins Shape Your Body’s Health with Dr. Colby Lovelace
    Aug 16 2025

Your body is always speaking—through pain, posture, and even memory. In this episode, Dr. Colby Lovelace joins CJ to explore how neuromechanics, fascia, and neurotags reveal the hidden roadblocks to healing. Discover how listening to your body restores balance, wholeness, and flow.

In this episode, CJ welcomes Dr. Colby Lovelace, a highly accomplished chiropractor with a background in Nutritional Sciences, Health and Wellness, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University. With certifications in sports injury management, concussion treatment, rehabilitation, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Dr. Colby brings a wealth of knowledge about how the body heals, adapts, and restores balance. Together, they explore what it truly means to listen to your body and honor its innate wisdom through the lens of neuromechanics.

Dr. Colby explains the fascinating science of fascia—the connective tissue that links every part of the body in patterns of motion. He reveals how movement, even in simple forms, shifts fluid dynamics, stimulates neurological input, and restores the body’s natural symmetry. A release in one part of the body can affect another far away, reminding us that healing is always about wholeness. CJ connects this to his own creative practice, where he encourages art students to move before they paint—because movement unlocks not just physical energy but mental and emotional flow.

Listeners will also discover how movement can awaken memory, spark creativity, and shift brain function. Dr. Colby discusses how senses like smell and motion activate different regions of the brain, enhancing learning and dissolving blocks. He introduces the concept of neurotags—stimuli that can trigger old memories, emotions, or pain responses—and explains how movement and myofascial release can help rewire those patterns. Pain, he reminds us, is not just a nuisance but a message—a call from the body to pay attention and move differently.

At the heart of Dr. Colby’s philosophy is the belief that the body is a self-healing mechanism, equipped with innate intelligence. Sometimes, all it needs is for us to remove the roadblocks—whether they stem from thoughts, traumas, or toxins—the three T’s that most often disrupt balance. This conversation is a powerful reminder that health is not about forcing the body, but about listening, aligning, and allowing it to return to its own symmetry. • Painting Angels Intuitively with Santa Fe Artist Eneida Valverde
    Aug 9 2025

On this episode, CJ sits down with Santa Fe artist Eneida Valverde, whose life journey spans from her roots in Costa Rica to decades of teaching art in Maryland, and now, to the creative sanctuary of New Mexico. Surrounded by hollyhocks, peaches, and the ever-changing desert light, Eneida shares how her intuitional transcendental practice became the gateway to her current body of work—13 luminous angel paintings inspired by traditional retablos.

Her process blends meditation, free-flow journaling, and intuitive mark-making, where shapes, patterns, and words emerge organically. Using watercolors, acrylic pens, and gold leaf, she transforms panels into spiritual expressions labeled with words like “Sanctuary,” “Attunement,” and “Alignment.” “I am following my soul and my spirit,” Eneida says. “I am connected to Spirit no matter what, and I am sharing it with everyone else in the universe. We are small, and yet we are huge.”

Raised Catholic and deeply connected to nature, Eneida reflects on the importance of slowing down, sitting quietly, and letting each breath be a connection to Spirit. From teaching students to create loose, line-rich floral arrangements with sticks from the yard, to following her own soul’s direction, her story is a testament to the beauty that arises when we stop judging ourselves and allow inspiration to flow.

  • Why Artists Don’t Need to Fear AI
    Jul 31 2025

After returning from a one-month sabbatical in Santa Fe, CJ Miller shares a fresh perspective on the growing conversation around AI and creativity. In this thought-provoking mini episode, CJ invites spiritual artists to release black-and-white thinking, drop their defenses, and stay curious. Rather than viewing AI as a threat, he asks: What if it’s simply another tool in the creative toolbox—like a brush, a ruler, or a camera? With a calm and centered voice, CJ explores how true creativity arises not from the tools we use but from the presence, intention, and feeling we bring to the process. You are a unique expression of Spirit, and nothing can threaten that.
