I've been trying to understand what's behind the rise of the manosphere, the Red Pill movement, passport bros, and the very real hatred that some men have been directing at women, especially Black women.

And then it clicked. Chiron in Aries.

I break down what Chiron in Aries has meant for the last several years, why it connects so deeply to masculine wounds and the toxic masculinity we've been watching play out in real time, and what shifts when Chiron moves into Taurus around June.

I also talk about what Saturn and Neptune moving into Aries mean for all of this, and why I believe the manosphere's heyday is coming to an end.

I am so honored to welcome Alejandro Rivera into the Godess Body Mind Spirit Circle. Alejandro is a choreographer, certified massage therapist, movement educator, and one of my favorite humans on this planet. He carries deep love for culture, movement, and people — and today he walks us through a daily manifestation practice called the ABCs that he's been using since his freshman year of college.

This is practical, grounded, and real. No fluff. Just a proven practice you can start today.

The ABCs of Manifestation

✨ A — Appreciate Write down what you want to manifest in the present tense, as if you already have it. ("I am so thankful now that I have...")

🌸 B — Blessings Write down what you are already grateful for. Shift into appreciation for what exists right now.

🌙 C — Commitment Choose one realistic but challenging thing you will complete by the end of the day. It doesn't have to connect directly to your dream — it's about building discipline and showing the Universe you mean business.

The Practice: Do this every morning for 14 days straight. If you miss a day, start over. Consistency is the key.
