Welcome back to the Runs Podcast!

This week Niki and Gareth are joined by Tom Roberts from Clwb Rhedeg Meirionydd!

A pair of brothers that are absolute flying machines. We look back at their running journey, Sam getting in early with James watching from the sidelines and fancying a bit.

Their sibling rivalry clearly drives each other along and whilst they both want to see each other succeed, there can only be one winner.

Lucky for them, they take it in turns and swap PBs regularly!
