Start with a review of last weeks games in the NPC and FPC. Some epic games on show with the classic Canterbury v Auckland game, some blow outs in the women's competition, and some nail biters across the board.

Looking ahead to this weeks games. Heartland comp round one, the lifeblood of NZ provincial rugby, starts on Saturday. Some cracking matches including the rematches of both the Lochore cup final and the Meads cup final from last year. FPC and NPC action again this weekend which I'll cast my eye over.
