  • Why You’re Afraid to Be Seen (Healing Fear of Judgment & Rebuilding Self-Trust)
    Mar 2 2026

Why does being seen feel so uncomfortable — even unsafe?

In this episode of The Rising Rebel Podcast, I share a vulnerable childhood story about being diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy at 12 years old and how that experience shaped my fear of judgment, public speaking, and visibility. What began as a temporary medical condition quietly turned into a long-term pattern of shrinking, self-doubt, and overthinking.

If you struggle with fear of being judged, visibility anxiety, people-pleasing, or second-guessing yourself, this conversation will help you understand the nervous system roots of those patterns and how to gently rebuild self-trust without forcing confidence.

    In This Episode We Explore:
    • Fear of judgment and visibility blocks
    • How childhood shame impacts adult self-expression
    • The nervous system’s need for belonging
    • Why discomfort is not the same as danger
    • Emotional resilience and personal growth through adversity
    • Releasing coping strategies that no longer serve you
    • Reclaiming your voice and inner authority

Your body learned that being visible wasn’t safe, but that doesn’t mean it’s true today.

Every time you allow yourself to speak up, share honestly, or stay present through discomfort, you strengthen self-trust and build resilience. You are not here to shrink. You are here to belong as your full self.

  • Vision Boarding for 2026: Why Most Vision Boards Don’t Work (And How to Manifest Faster)
    Jan 29 2026

If you’ve ever made a vision board that looked pretty but didn’t actually change anything—this episode is for you.

In the first episode of 2026, I’m sharing the vision boarding + manifestation process that completely shifted the way I call things into my life. This isn’t about aesthetic boards or playing it safe, it’s about emotion, frequency, clarity, and becoming an energetic match for what you desire now.

If you think you’re “too late” to set intentions for the year, you’re not. And if you’ve been filtering your dreams through what feels realistic or predictable, this episode will change the game.

    ✨ What You’ll Learn:
    • Why most vision boards don’t work
    • How to stop playing small and filtering dreams through predictability
    • The missing emotional & energetic piece of manifestation
    • Why it’s not about the thing—it’s about how you want to feel
    • How visualization puts you in the frequency of your future self now
    • The difference between circumstantial power and personal power
    • How clarity speeds up manifestation (with a real-life example)

This episode is an invitation to slow down, go inward, and reconnect with what you actually desire (beyond timelines, logic, and external expectations). You’ll learn how to use vision boarding as a tool for self-trust, emotional alignment, and subconscious reprogramming, so you’re no longer manifesting from fear, predictability, or “shoulds,” but from clarity, presence, and embodied belief.

  • Reprogramming Your Subconscious: Healing Negative Core Beliefs & Finding Safety Within
    Nov 18 2025

In this solo episode, I’m sharing a deeply personal realization that came through during the I Am Her: My Reclamation Retreat — something that completely shifted how I see myself, my nervous system, and the stories that have shaped how I move through the world.

During one of the workshops led by Jolene Dawn from Jolene Dawn Counselling, I had this huge “aha” moment around negative cognitions — those deeply rooted subconscious beliefs that we all carry. For years, I thought my biggest core belief was “I’m not enough.” But when I really slowed down and tuned in, I realized what’s actually been running the show underneath it all was “I’m not safe.”

That awareness changed everything for me.

In this episode, I’m unpacking what that means — how our subconscious beliefs are formed, how they shape the way we see ourselves and the world, and how we can start reprogramming them through awareness, compassion, and lived experience.

This conversation is for you if you’ve ever struggled with perfectionism, control, people-pleasing, or that constant need to stay one step ahead just to feel safe. I see you, and I’ve been there too.

    In this episode, I share:

    • What negative cognitions are and how they quietly shape our identity
    • My personal realization from “I’m not enough” to “I’m not safe”
    • How this belief has shown up in my life — from motherhood to everyday anxiety
    • How to build an evidence bank that teaches your nervous system a new story
    • Why healing isn’t about eliminating fear, but integrating it
    • How to regulate your nervous system and remind yourself: “I am safe now.”
    • Reflections from the I Am Her Retreat and the powerful work of Jolene Dawn Counselling

I also share some real-life moments — like how I found myself in the woods debating whether I was more scared of a bear or two guys walking behind me 😅 — and how those moments become opportunities to rewrite the story in real time.

This one’s about coming home to your body, trusting yourself again, and realizing that safety isn’t something we earn — it’s something we remember.

If this episode lands for you, I’d love to hear what your biggest takeaway was or what core belief you’re working through.
