But with that support comes the hardest part: the death notices. They appear weekly—sometimes daily—and it’s heartbreaking to lose people she’s grown close to. Michelle shares the story of one woman who was diagnosed around the same time as her, someone whose passing “took her breath away” because they had just spoken days before.
