Hey Lions! I pray 2024 has kicked off positively for you and that you are excited for all that awaits you this year. I have to be completely transparent... Today's Lionhearted Conversation was supposed to go a completely different route. However, after really sitting with myself, I realized that I needed to speak from my heart and allow whatever is holding me back to be released. In the last episode, I shared 12 Lessons that I learned in 2023 and I mentioned that 2024 would be the year of integration.... MAN words are powerful because in just 6 days into the new year I have been faced with an exam that required me to reflect on all that I learned and to apply it.

As much as I want so badly to grow and be all that I can be, I recognize that this is something to be nurtured, not forced and to continue to show up in the process. I hope that this conversation gives you the grace and insight you need on your own journey. May you know that you are doing enough and that you don't feel the need to put more pressure on yourself than life already has. Know that the universe sees your intentions and that you will be blessed and embraced for it.
