The power of yoga has helped shape Ace's life and has helped her become a healer for other people. Giving and receiving the ebb and flow of life. She speaks about the evolution she has experienced as a yoga teacher through taking classes with other yoga teachers. Yoga makes us aware that life is meant to be lived.
