The Pilamaya Podcast is a series of conversations from The Pilamaya Centre (UK) exploring integration psychotherapy — the practice, the training and the lived work of the healing and its benefits.

Hosted by Pilamaya founder and integration psychotherapist Shaura Hall and writer–psychotherapist Susan Clark, this podcast is for anyone drawn to integration psychotherapy and consciousness work — whether you’re considering training, seeking therapy, or simply curious about the journey back to yourself.

Each episode blends grounded clinical insight with Pilamaya’s wider values of community, and new wave consciousness.

The series opens with the ancient healing sound of the conch — a call to ceremony, the signal of something new arriving for those who can hear it, and a bridge into a wider awareness.

It closes with Susan, Creative Tutor for Pilamaya’s Integration Psychotherapy training, sharing an original poem on the privilege of being a therapist.

In between, Shaura and Susan explore Pilamaya’s approach in more depth — including how good therapy can change not only how you think, but who you are: returning you to yourself.
