  • Case Erickson
    Aug 24 2018

Patrick pats down Case Erickson (@caseerickson) about #Trucklandia and his latest business venture. Case has been in the food industry for over a decade and has been running Trucklandia for 6 years. He is a strong supporter of Food Trucks and Trucklandia is a perfect example of that. Check out https://trucklandia.com/

This interview was great because Case opened up about his religious upbringing and the struggles he endured for authenticity. He explained his clear goals to help the Food Truck community. He is a fascinating human being with a huge heart and if you live in Austin, you've more than likely seen him dancing down the street singing foodie praises. He is an artist, comedian, entrepreneur and most importantly a friend.

and yes we get a little crazy in the podcast but that's usually the 'Case'.....
