Originally from Mexico, Penchyna had a successful junior tennis career, representing Mexico in Junior Davis Cup in 2014 and 2016. He went on to play NCAA Division I tennis at Rice University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.

He is a certified instructor in both yoga and pádel. Currently, he is pursuing a one-year online master’s in Pádel Club Management with the University of Murcia in Spain, in partnership with PadelMBA.

Before relocating to Guyana, Gerardo worked as a policy research analyst in Washington, DC. He holds a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Ryan Redondo — a former All-American tennis player turned visionary entrepreneur. He’s the CEO of Taktika Padel and the San Diego Stingrays, leading an ambitious plan to install over 200 padel courts across the West Coast. Under his leadership, Taktika Padel has become a hub for enthusiasts, offering comprehensive programs and tournaments. As CEO of Youth Tennis San Diego and the Barnes Tennis Center, Ryan is also making racquet sports accessible to all. Victoria Pahlett is an ex tennis pro, who worked at Playtomic and went on to get to know everyone in the padel space. She has been to all over the world, seen the Swedish expansion of padel through and came up with the amazing idea of Padel Relations.

Nacho Porto is a Spanish-born padel coach and industrial engineer who began playing padel at the age of 10. With over 15 years of coaching experience in both Spain and Finland, he has competed in Spain's first category in Madrid and Málaga for more than eight years. Notably, he was a runner-up in the Spanish team competition and has won the "Series Nacionales Padel" four times in Málaga and Madrid. Additionally, Nacho has partnered with top players like Juan Lebron, the world number one, securing several tournament victories. ​

In Finland, Nacho co-founded Finspadel Akatemia, the first Finnish-Spanish padel academy located in Jyväskylä. ​

Nacho also contributes to the Finnish national padel team as an assistant coach, bringing international experience to the team's preparation for European competitions. ​
