Starting the night off with a couple of brews, one half of the Dads host the show with Josh as Max is unable to attend this bro sesh because of the pending pregnancy he and his wife are expecting.

Rich is drinking an Einstok Lager Icelandic White Ale, while Josh is seemingly sipping on the same fruity beer he had last episode. The show opens up with Rich and Josh talking about their time since the last episode, which was July 4th week. The show then transitions into the 'Stuff Every Man Should Know' reading segment where they discuss "How to Maintain A Healthy Skincare Routine". Josh must have chosen that topic... However, it relates to a subject of the theme tonight: bullying.

The show then transitions into the experiences of bullying, be it both what each Dad has gone through themselves as individuals, or what they are preparing their kids to experience as they both enter the school years of life.

The show then ends with a list of the Top Ten Comebacks to Bullies.
