The Numbers Behind the Numbers – THE FINAL EPISODE

  • Summary

  • Finally, the FINALE! In this last episode of the podcast, we reflect on all that’s come before. But for once, we don’t just have stories to gab about. We've got stats, baby! That’s right, we took our 75 total interactions and got the hard, cold numbers behind the numbers. Which is to say, we polished what is otherwise a collection of totally subjective anecdotes with a quantitative veneer.

And we do it with flair! For instance, we discovered that 6.5% percent of our hookups happened on Halloween! 38% of these stories were about “one time things”. And 100% percent of the times we tried something new in the bedroom with someone, we had positive feelings about them.

We also talk about where we’re headed, our biggest regrets, and what we’ve learned from these experiences—and from making a podcast about them. So sit back, crack open a beer (we did!), and let’s land this plane together.

To everyone who made it here, to the bittersweet end, thank you!! We would never have made it this far without your laughter and encouragement. 💘 A very special thanks to Diego at Lightning the Cavern Works for all his hard work on this episode and many others.
