  • When Life Falls Apart, A Structured Community Helps You Move Forward
    Apr 19 2026

Life doesn’t warn you before it changes. One day you’re managing, and the next you’re facing divorce, co-parenting stress, a career setback, leadership pressure, or an identity shift that makes everything feel unclear. I built the RISE community for those exact moments, when you don’t need hype and you don’t need another scroll, you need structure, support, perspective, and a real next step.

RISE stands for Resilience, Insight, Strategy, and Elevation, and it lives inside the larger Elevatus Coaching ecosystem. I explain who this digital community is for, why it’s designed to be solutions-driven, and how it becomes a launch point for people who are ready to stop drifting and start building forward. We talk about the power of community, the relief of realizing you’re not alone, and why clarity often shows up when someone else puts words to what you’ve been carrying.

I also connect RISE to my C2R2E framework for personal transformation: Collapse, Confrontation, Realignment, Reclamation, and Elevation. Real change happens in stages, and it takes time, honesty, discipline, and participation. I’m also clear about boundaries: RISE is not therapy, not clinical care, and not legal advice, but it can be a practical, accessible support space that keeps the work of growth close.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign or a next step, sit with the reflection questions at the end and decide what you want to build from here. Subscribe, share this with someone in a hard season, and leave a review so more people can find RISE.

  • A Five-Phase Map For Turning Life Disruption Into Transformation
    Apr 15 2026

When life falls apart, most people ask the same question: How do I get my old life back? But when divorce, a breakup, child custody stress, job loss, burnout, debt, grief, or anxiety changes your reality, going back may not even be possible. In this episode of The Next Baseline, Danny De Jesus shares a practical framework for life transition, personal growth, and transformational resilience that helps you move forward when the old baseline is gone.

Danny walks through the C2R2E Framework for transformation: Collapse, Confrontation, Realignment, Reclamation, and Elevation. He explains what collapse can reveal during major life disruption, why confrontation calls for honesty without impulsive decisions, and how realignment turns awareness into action through discipline, patience, and grit. From there, the episode moves into reclamation, where you begin taking back your voice, confidence, and personal agency, and elevation, where you stop chasing a life that no longer fits and start building a new standard.

This episode is especially relevant for anyone navigating divorce recovery, breakup recovery, co-parenting stress, child custody challenges, financial hardship, career transition, grief, burnout, or anxiety. Danny also speaks directly to listeners in a hard season and acknowledges the truth that transformation takes time and often hurts before it leads to growth. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 right now for immediate support.

The episode closes with five reflection questions to help you identify what has collapsed, what truth you need to confront, what needs to shift right now, what you need to reclaim, and how to begin building your next baseline.

  • Your Degree Didn’t Come With An AI Warranty
    Apr 12 2026

AI isn’t slowly arriving. We’re already living in a hybrid AI world where tools support decisions, speed up execution, and quietly rewrite what “stable work” means. If you’ve felt that background tension lately, the uncertainty, the frustration, even the urge to ignore it, we put clear words to it and map a better response.

We talk about why AI disruption is structural, not limited to one sector. When knowledge is digital, it can be processed, accelerated, and transformed, which is why education, medicine, law, defense, coaching, and content creation are all feeling pressure at once. At the same time, democratized AI tools are opening doors: individuals can prototype ideas, build content, and test projects with less money and fewer gatekeepers. The catch is that access no longer creates an advantage on its own. Differentiation comes from how we think, the judgment calls we make, and the clarity we bring to the work.

To make this practical, we use our C2R2E lens for transformational resilience: collapse, confrontation, realignment, reclamation, and elevation. We name the “collapse” signals, then move into confrontation with questions you can’t dodge: What skills do you have right now? What value do you bring today? Where are you replaceable? From there we realign, showing how to use AI well without outsourcing your brain, because human-in-the-loop judgment is becoming a career-defining skill. We also zoom out to a bigger future of work question: if AI keeps increasing output speed and efficiency, what should full-time work even mean?

We close with a short reflection exercise and an invitation to stay connected through real community, not just information. If this helps, subscribe, share the episode with a friend who’s navigating change, and leave a review so more people can find The Next Baseline.
