  • Trump's Tariffs Overruled By His Own Supreme Court
    Feb 22 2026

This week on The Necessary Conversation, Trump takes hits from every direction — the Supreme Court, international investigators, the polls, and even his own economic reality — while still trying to grab more power, more money, and more control.

⚖️ Supreme Court Strikes Down Trump’s Tariffs

In a major loss for Trump, the Supreme Court ruled 6–3 that most of his tariffs are illegal, saying the president does not have unilateral authority to impose them under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. Two Trump-appointed justices — Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett — joined the majority. Trump responded by attacking the Court, accusing his own judges of bias and disloyalty, and is now scrambling to impose a new 15% global tariff through other legal loopholes.

    We ask:

    • Should Trump have to obey rulings from judges he appointed?
    • Does this restore any faith in the Supreme Court?
    • Is the economy actually better after Trump’s tariffs?

👑 Prince Andrew Arrested — America Does Nothing

Following the partial release of the Epstein files, Prince Andrew was arrested abroad, while investigations have now launched in at least 10 countries across Europe.
    The United States? Silent.
Pam Bondi continues to block the release of 3 million remaining Epstein files, despite the Epstein Transparency Act being law.

    We ask:

    • Why won’t the DOJ investigate Americans named in the files?
    • Why does Trump keep telling the country to “move on” from Epstein?

💰 Trump Takes Another $10 Billion

Trump announced a $10 billion U.S. contribution to the Board of Peace — an organization he created, chairs for life, and fully controls. Congress did not authorize the money.
This is on top of the $10 billion Trump is also seeking in a lawsuit against the IRS — an agency he oversees as president.

    We ask:

    • Should a president be allowed to move taxpayer money into accounts he controls?
    • How much money should Trump be allowed to take from America?

    ⚔️ Trump vs. Iran

Trump is moving aircraft carriers and fighter jets into the Middle East and giving Iran 10–15 days to make a nuclear deal — the same deal he personally killed in 2018. Iran has warned it will retaliate if attacked.

    We ask:

    • Is Trump about to start another war?
    • Why does he want a deal now after destroying the last one?
    • Has he kept his promise of “no new wars”?

    📉 Trump’s Worst Polls Ever

New polling shows Trump now has the lowest approval rating of any president in U.S. history — worse than Nixon during Watergate.

    We ask:

    • Do Americans actually like Trump?
    • Would a 0% approval rating even matter?

🎤 James Talarico & The Streisand Effect

CBS refused to air a taped interview with Texas Democrat James Talarico, allegedly out of fear of Trump and FCC retaliation. Stephen Colbert released it on YouTube instead — where it exploded to millions of views.

    We ask:

    • Why is Trump so afraid of Democrats on TV?
    • Why are major media companies terrified of him?

This episode connects the dots between unchecked executive power, Epstein accountability, economic chaos, war threats, and media intimidation — with zero sugarcoating.

  • Special Guest: Parker Get A Job
    Feb 15 2026

This week on The Necessary Conversation, we’re joined by special guest Parker Get A Job for a packed episode breaking down corruption, voting rights, ICE, the Epstein files, and a DOJ that looks increasingly captured.

🔥 Pam Bondi’s Epstein Hearing Meltdown

Attorney General Pam Bondi testified before the House Judiciary Committee and refused to answer basic questions about the botched Epstein files release—dodging accountability, protecting co-conspirators, and even refusing to acknowledge victims sitting right in front of her. Photographers also caught documents suggesting the DOJ may be surveilling members of Congress.

    We ask:

    • Why won’t Bondi release over half the Epstein files?
    • Who is she protecting?
    • Is she covering for Trump?

🚔 ICE Says It’s Leaving Minneapolis

Border czar Tom Homan claims ICE’s historic “surge” in Minnesota is ending after 4,000 arrests—without acknowledging two daylight killings by ICE agents. State and city leaders aren’t convinced the pullout is real.

    We discuss:

    • Is ICE actually leaving?
    • Why announce this now?
    • Which city is next?

🗳️ The SAVE Act: Making Voting Harder

House Republicans passed the SAVE Act, requiring proof of citizenship, strict voter ID, and exact name matching—measures that would disproportionately block married women, seniors, low-income voters, rural voters, and trans voters from the polls. Trump says these rules will apply to the midterms whether the bill passes or not.

    We ask:

    • Why make voting harder?
    • What happens if voters are turned away?
    • Is this legal?

What is the most important piece of technology in human history?

⚖️ Grand Jury Rejects Trump’s Charges

A federal grand jury refused to indict six Democratic lawmakers Trump labeled “seditious” for reminding service members to refuse unlawful orders. A judge also blocked retaliation against Senator Mark Kelly, citing First Amendment protections.

    We ask:

    • Do you accept the grand jury’s decision?
    • Is Trump losing his grip on the justice system?

This episode connects the dots between Epstein, voting rights, ICE abuses, DOJ corruption, and authoritarian power grabs—with sharp questions, heated debate, and a special guest in the room.
