This isn’t about judgement. It’s about honesty. The “naughty” patterns are the ones that quietly hold you back, avoiding visibility, collecting courses without actually developing your coaching skills, or trying to grow without community. The “nice” list celebrates the habits that truly build confidence and credibility, such as consistent practice, professional training, and showing up even when it feels uncomfortable.
