  • Ep.82 Small Acts of Rebellion: Finding Aliveness and Being Present is The Real Mischief
    Sep 23 2025

Enjoyed this episode? Send me a text!

What if the most rebellious thing you could do wasn't loud or flashy, but quiet and intentional? Coming back after a summer hiatus, I've discovered something powerful about what true mischief looks like.

During Italy's three-month summer break, I made a radical choice to step off the productivity treadmill. Instead of chasing achievement, I lowered my expectations and embraced presence. This presence became my rebellion against a culture that constantly demands we do more, achieve more, be more.

The summer brought other lessons in quiet rebellion too and these experiences crystallised some powerful truths: rebellion also comes through connection and joy, and refilling your cup is a revolutionary act that allows you to show up more fully for everything (and everyone) else.

The new podcast season features guests who embody mischief boldly—from rule-breaking entrepreneurs to coaches challenging traditional narratives. Each conversation will spark your own rebellion, whether messy or ordered, subtle or loud.

Ready to join the quiet revolution? Subscribe now and let's make some meaningful mischief together. Share your own rebellion moments with me on Instagram or LinkedIn—I'd love to celebrate your journey to living fully, fiercely, and unapologetically yourself.

Have you ever felt trapped by the daily grind and responsibilities, shrunk yourself to 'fit in' or followed the rules then realised they didn't bring you the success or happiness you'd been promised? Tick, tick and tick. My life had plateaued, my unused potential was wasting away and I felt powerless to change anything. I wanted to escape but instead of running away, I decided that ordinary is optional, and I could DECIDE to live authentically, put FUN back on the agenda and do more of the things that made me feel alive. This podcast is one of them and through these conversations I'd love nothing more than to be able to help you do the same!

  • Ep.81 SWITCHTRACK FINALE - Lessons from 5 Rebels Who Dared to Change Their Lives
    Aug 11 2025

Enjoyed this episode? Send me a text!

What happens when life demands a switch in tracks? When the script you've been following suddenly feels wrong? The SwitchTrack series finale brings together powerful lessons from five rebels who dared to pivot their lives toward greater alignment, freedom, and fulfillment. (You can listen to their individual episodes 75-80 to hear more about each of my guests' journeys).

From Clay Lowe's embrace of play over career obligation to Claire Alexander's courageous international move aligning business with values; from Hayley Dawson finding clarity through messy action to Kat Vandal celebrating creative progress over perfectionism; and finally, Kate Campbell's counterintuitive yet liberating shift from self-employment back to employment—each story reveals a different facet of the pivoting process.

The common threads weaving through these journeys? You don't need permission to redesign your life. Small, imperfect steps consistently outperform waiting for perfect timing. Clarity emerges from action, not endless contemplation. Your identity is fluid, and evolution isn't failure—it's proof you're alive. Sometimes quitting is the most rebellious act that sets you free.

This episode doesn't just tell stories—it offers practical reflection prompts and actionable exercises to spark your own 'switch-track' moment. Whether you're standing at a crossroads, feeling a growing sense of misalignment, or quietly plotting your next move, these insights invite you to show up messy, bold, and unapologetic in creating a life that truly fits.

Ready to explore your own potential pivot? Listen now, then take one small step this week toward your own mischievous rebellion. Your future self will thank you...

  • Ep.80 SWITCHTRACK: Kate Campbell Swaps Solo Creativity For Team Innovation
    Aug 4 2025

Enjoyed this episode? Send me a text!

What happens when the path to freedom looks like the opposite of what everyone tells you it should be? Kate Campbell's journey flips the script on conventional career wisdom in this eye-opening episode of Switchtrack.

A creative entrepreneur who had run her own business for over 20 years, Kate faced the hard reality that her passion project—Wonderlust, a creative thinking business with workshops and a membership community—wasn't growing as she'd hoped. Despite her deep belief in the transformative power of curiosity and creativity, convincing others to invest in something "fun" proved an uphill battle.

The most remarkable part of Kate's story isn't just her decision to seek employment after decades of self-employment, but how quickly the universe responded. On the very first day of casually browsing job listings, she discovered a role that seemed made for her: Innovation Strategist at a brand agency. The position leveraged everything she loved about her own business—creative thinking, ideation, workshops—but within a team structure that provided what she didn't realise she'd been missing.

Kate's candid reflections on what surprised her most reveal a powerful paradox: despite working longer hours away from home, she now has more energy than before. "I think that's because I've fulfilled something that maybe wasn't being fulfilled before," she explains. For those contemplating their own pivot, her advice refreshingly avoids the typical "take the leap" clichés. Instead, she suggests simply dipping your toe in to see what else might be possible—the exact approach that led to her finding fulfillment in the most unexpected place.
