The Martial Heart is a podcast about getting back into your normal activities, such as martial arts, following a major health setback. In my case, it was a heart attack. You will follow me along the path to recovery and we will interview experts and other athletes who have suffered similar incidents and learn how they recovered and if they were successful in returning to the activities they love.
