Kristi was just 9 years old when officials found her pregnant in the wake of Hurricane Andre. Her need for support and story of survival inspired the creation of Kristi House, one of South-Florida's largest nonprofits providing a one-stop-shop for survivors of sexual abuse.

Today, her story continues to inspire the incredible work Amanda Altman and the Kristi House team do everyday.
