Welcome to the new episode of the MACE PODCAST!

This episode is a special one, the first ever done in Italian with an Italian guest: Irene Linguari.

Irene Linguari is the Trainer and Inspirer of Italian Executive Assistants, having served as a Trainer, Speaker, and Mentor since 2011.In 2015, she created AssistenteDallaAallaZeta, the first Professional Training School in Italy dedicated to Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and Staff Functions. We explore and discuss the nuances of the Admin roles, the trends and the challenges in Italy and the new frame the Admin Roles have in the new landscape in which companies and organizations operate.

- Why are the EAs/PAs/Admins important and which is the strategic role they play in companies and organization?

- Which is the core of being a Strategic EA/PA/Admin, working in a new workplace?

Enjoy our conversation and turn your captions on if you're not an Italian speaker, as I am sure the topics I discuss with Irene are valid all around the world!

We are recording the episode live from AHK - The Italian- German Chamber of Commerce which partners with AssitestenteDallaAallaZ, and we celebreate 10 years of Anniversary of the school.
