About this listen

Welcome to the latest episode of #TheWash, during this episode’s #Downsteam we bought in Evan to discuss loyal employees, and why they're important. Also, what a loyal employee looks for in a company.

Tori started us off with an exciting story of poop. the world's oldest sky driver. Then Eddie followed up with a story about Giraffe Justin was out sick, so Evan stepped in as Eddie's partner. We all hope Justin is back for the next episode.

Next, we thought it would be fun to get Eddie and Evan to play a round of Guess the Gibberish. Eddie just stopped guessing because it was too funny listening to Evan try to figure it out. Tori got to ask some Q&A’s that she picked out. Jen was not allowed to pick them anymore.

In our #Downstream segment, Eddie interviews Evan about his time working for the company and why he enjoys it. They spoke about what a loyal employee values in a company. And what small business owners should do to create the atmosphere a loyal employee wants in a company.
