In this episode I have a couple of guests with me, firstly we have Deanne Ellis who is a very special woman who makes period & hygiene packs for women. She also makes hygiene packs for young men. She tells us about her journey with her periods and why she set up her charity, and her plans for the future.

We also have Trish who has endometriosis and tells us her story and how it affects her on an everyday basis.
