THE LEGEND OF ROBIN HOOD
Red Series (ages 7 & up)
Copyright 2022 by P. Haines-Ainsworth and Terence Alaric Levitt
published by Winking Kat Books

This new, and slightly silly, musical adaptation about the famous heroic bandit, Robin Hood, features the familiar characters of Robin Hood, Maid Marian, Friar Tuck, as well as the treacherous duo of Prince John and the Sheriff of Nottingham.
All is not well in Nottingham. Good King Richard leaves England in the hands of his greedy brother, Prince John. With the help of the Sheriff of Nottingham and his men, John is taxing the citizens mercilessly. To keep them distracted, John decides to hold a poetry competition. Robin Hood tricks the Sheriff and John. He escapes to Sherwood Forest with the prize money where he meets the Merry Men. They all join forces with Maid Marian and her freedom fighting ladies-in-waiting to rescue King Richard from the King of France and bring him, and justice, back to the citizens of England.

The story is brought to life by our talented cast: Max Lopuszynski, Tadd Morgan, Samuel Pettit, Rachel Rene Aracto, Drew Hobson, Adrian Cerrato, Jessica Robins, Arwen Dewey, and Pat Haines-Ainsworth.
